It is with great sadness to hear of the passing away of Mr. Louis Borg Founder of Maltese Handball Association and Honorary President.
Ex President Louis Borg for over 25 years has been a father figure for the Malta Handball Community.
Sur Borg, with many great memories to cherish we bid you farewell.
Rest in Peace.

After positive showings at the Buenos Aires 2018 in Argentina and ANOC World Beach Games in Qatar, the International Olympic Committee and Paris 2024 will decide in November if Beach Handball will join the Summer Olympic Program.

Latest news from Catania Beach Handball Champions Cup...
Maltese National Team Player Daryl Azzopardi and her beach handball team Cannabis Energy Drink Beach Handball Club manage to grab a win in their first match of the tournament. The women's team from Senec won against the Spanish Team of LLOPIS BM Playa Sevilla.

In the mean, their male counterparts who were also in training camp in Malta as a preparation for this tournament, narrowly lost their match on shoot-out against one of the tournament favourites. The game was a very balanced affair and could have gone either way.
