Breakfast time! (post workout)
Jumbo oats, cocoa and cinnamon blended and prepped.
Usually I put a tblspoon Peanut butter but I ran out of it, so I put a scoop whey protein powder.
Toss a banana or some berries and enjoy!

So the world got a little better as I will be able to push myself harder further to become better, stronger mentally and physically.
