I haven't been able to post here in a while since I've been very busy with clients and I have also recently started an Advanced ADHD Coaching Training Course as part of my journey towards becoming a PAAC accredited ADHD Coach. I have been learning a lot these past few months and look forward to keep developing my knowledge and skills to be able to support people with ADHD more effectively 😁
