Prenatal pilates by The Pilates Midwife start at the MyMama Hub this January!
The Prenatal Pilates Programme energises you with dynamic, functional workouts designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Combining pilates principles with pelvic health techniques, each session focuses on activating deep core muscles to help prevent or improve diastasis recti and reduce incontinence symptoms.
Alongside strengthening exercises, the programme includes targeted stretches to ease back pain, sciatica, and body stiffness - promoting comfort and mobility as your pregnancy progresses. Whether youโre new to pilates or continuing your fitness journey, this holistic approach supports both your physical well-being and emotional balance.
Sessions are led by Danica, a qualified midwife and APPI-certified Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Instructor.
