Health & Fitness Day 2024
We are very enthusiastic to be back!! Mater Dei Hospital Health & Fitness Day will be held on Sunday 23rd June 2024.
All the 5 km Road Race, 5 km Fun Walk and 1 km Fun run will get a:
commemorative medal
healthy and generous goody bag
one day Warehouse Fitness Studio free pass
fruit and a drink
A technical running T-shirt will be given to the 5 Km Road race participants
Trophies and other awards will be given to the 5 Km Road race winners.

HEALTH & FITNESS DAY – Sunday 23rd June 2024
Get your walking/running shoes ready for the big day!!
Employee Health & Well Being Unit within Mater Dei Hospital will be organizing the 6th Edition of the Health & Fitness Day on Sunday 23rd June 2024.
This event is open to our staff as well as to the general public.
The event will include:
• 5 Km Road Race (16 years and over) 7:30 am
• 5 Km Fun Walk (all ages) 7:45 am
• 1 Km Fun Run (3 – 15 years) 9:00 am
• FREE Zumba, Pilates, and Yoga 8:00 am till 11:00 am
MEETING PLACE: Administration Block, Mater Dei Hospital

HEALTH & FITNESS DAY 2021
We plan the next Health & Fitness day on Sunday 18th April 2021. The event will be held in line with the the Health Superintendent guidance.
Meanwhile, all the participants, athletes, volunteers, helpers or organisers, are encouraged to remain active and to follow health authority’s guidelines.
Let us celebrate health through this long awaited event!

ZUMBA Join a 30 minutes slot – 9:30 till noon
