Hatha Yoga & Pilates classes in Msida, Malta. Classes are suitable for all levels. My teaching philosophy is centered around balance of body and mind.
When I started my yoga practice in 2008, I was drawn to it as a source of exercise and stress reduction. What I found was that and much more – a total mind and body healing experience and a map to a calmer and healthier life. This eventually let me to a teacher training course, which I completed in India, the home of yoga tradition. The teacher training experience not only deepened my own practice
