It is part of my morning ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ to increase lung capacity and improve ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ for long vocal ph(r)ases.
