This is Kyle’s progress since March 2025.
But this transformation is about far more than just weight loss.

Most importantly, this is no longer a temporary transformation, it’s a lifestyle change. Kyle won’t become the old Kyle again.
And yes, this took time.
Because real progress is not built overnight. Life happens. People travel, get sick, get busy, lose motivation, and face challenges along the way.
