This is how we do it here. Real progression real coaching and real results. We don’t just make people sweat for an hour and send them home. We teach people how to train properly how to move properly and how to actually build a body they’re proud of.

This client trains only 2 times per week. That’s why I always say you don’t need to live in the gym to change your body. You just need the right plan consistency and proper guidance. We all have busy lives but results are still possible when everything is done properly.

Every client that comes here gets attention guidance and a plan that works for them. No BS no fake promises just hard work and real results.

This is Kyle’s progress since March 2025.

But this transformation is about far more than just weight loss.

Kyle became stronger.
Kyle feels better physically and mentally.
Kyle built sustainable habits and learned how to truly take care of his body.

Most importantly, this is no longer a temporary transformation, it’s a lifestyle change. Kyle won’t become the old Kyle again.

And yes, this took time.

Because real progress is not built overnight. Life happens. People travel, get sick, get busy, lose motivation, and face challenges along the way.

That’s why we don’t believe in the fake “90 day transformation” culture that sells unrealistic expectations just to take people’s money.

We believe in consistency, proper coaching, honesty, education, and results that actually last.

126kg down to 110kg in 3 months. That’s 16kg.

We started at 111kg.
Stayed consistent and trusted the process.
Today we hit the 100kg mark on the scale.
After checking his body fat %, it dropped by 10%, that’s 11kg of pure fat gone (32.2kg - 19kg). Not just weight... fat loss.
