The official page of Qormi Daikin Hockey Club In the beginning, it was quite challenging. This has been one of the Club's ambitions for a long time.
Qormi Hockey Club was founded in 1971 when a group of students from Guze’ Galea Secondary School in Qormi started playing Hockey under coach and then teacher “Chossie” Kerr. Over 40 years have passed and Hockey is still being played, now one of the main sport disciplines in Qormi, as well as one of the major Hockey clubs on the island. An incredible game ends 4-4 after the comeback kings fight back with two goals in the last quarter to take the game to a shootout, where it was won through some fine finishes and brilliant saves!
