A lot of countries are once again locked down, and many divers can’t get in the water right now. So SSI has decided to offer free digital specialty courses that everyone can take part in, learn something new, and get certified while waiting for this period to pass.
You have the opportunity to register for the Marine Ecology Digital Kit and Certification free of charge, until the 31st of March. It needs to be registered by then but can be completed by July.
Everyone can take part, Divers and Non-divers alike, if you have anyone who is interested to take part then they just need to create an SSI profile in order to sign up. If you are interested then just reply to this email and I will sign you up for the course, regards Stuart.

FACTS AND TRAINING STANDARDS
Join the SSI Marine Ecology Specialty program. You’ll discover the exciting science of marine ecology and become an underwater naturalist. You’ll learn how ocean organisms interact with each other and their environments, how energy flows through communities and the links between different ocean ecosystems.
With your newfound knowledge, you’ll appreciate the marine life you dive with even more. Upon completion of this program, you’ll earn the SSI Marine Ecology Specialty certification.
