A great evening for our U13 boys! ⚽

Away from training and matches, the team got together for a relaxed evening of food, football, and plenty of laughs as they watched the Germany vs Curaçao match together.

It's always great to see the boys enjoying each other's company and continuing to grow as a group both on and off the pitch.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped make it a memorable evening.

Introducing Our New Grassroots Head Coach

San Ġwann FC Academy is delighted to announce the appointment of Quelin Spiteri as our new Grassroots Head Coach.

Holding a UEFA A Licence, Quelin brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for youth development. Having spent the last four years with Naxxar Lions Youth Nursery, he has played a key role in nurturing young talent and creating positive environments where players can develop both on and off the pitch.

His commitment to player development, coach education and long-term planning aligns perfectly with the vision of San Ġwann FC Academy as we continue to invest in the future of our young players.

We are excited to welcome Coach Quelin to the San Ġwann family and look forward to the positive impact he will make across all levels of our Academy.

The San Gwann Football Club and it's Academy unites with the whole sporting and general community in mourning the loss of one great man who has shaped the face of football in Malta and Gozo, and beyond.
His exceptional character, love of the game and mentoring has kept the sometimes difficult art of controlling the game alive, and many are indebted to his passion and influence on and off the field. He has kept abreast of the ever- changing laws of the game and guided the association in no small measure to uphold them.
An iconic figure, well loved, admired and respected by one and all.

Great news for the yellows - welcome Mister!

San Ġwann FC has officially announced the appointment of Noel Turner as the club’s new Senior Head Coach ahead of the upcoming season. A highly respected figure in Maltese football and a holder of the UEFA Pro Licence, Turner arrives with a strong reputation for leadership, professionalism and a deep understanding of the modern game. The club said Turner’s arrival marks an important step in strengthening its technical structure, with his experience expected to play a central role in guiding the senior squad toward its long‑term objectives. His football philosophy, attention to detail and commitment to player development align closely with San Ġwann’s ambitions both on and off the pitch. #MaltaDaily

A proud moment for our Nursery as today, in an Under 14 international friendly match away in North Macedonia, both Mardeo Zammit and Beppe Aquilina Arena were named in the starting lineup. Well done boys and the rest of the team.

Our under 13's are participating in the Salvu Gatt Memorial Tournament organised by the Hibernians FC Academy at their football ground.
It was a first experience with us for new coach Jonathan Grech.
We won the first game against Mosta FC by a goal to nil, and our second game against Birkirkara FC ended in a goalless draw.
