San Ġwann FC is looking for a dedicated Kit Manager to support both our Senior Team and Youth Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves football and wants to play an important role behind the scenes, helping our players and coaching staff throughout the season.

Main Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and organise training and match kits.
✅ Ensure all equipment is clean, ready, and matchday prepared.
✅ Assist with training sessions and matchday setup.
✅ Keep the kit room organised and manage equipment inventory.
✅ Work closely with coaches, players, and club staff.

We're looking for someone who is:
Organised, reliable, and responsible.
Passionate about football and teamwork.
Available to support evening training sessions, weekends, and matchdays.
Positive, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed.

The wait is finally over. Our Senior Team now knows the road ahead for our new season, and we're looking forward to every challenge that comes our way.

A new season means new opportunities and tough matches. We know it won't be easy, but the squad is ready to give everything for the club every time they step onto the pitch.

Our Youth Teams Kick Off Pre-Season

The first friendly matches of the new season were on there way, with both our U20 and U17 sides getting valuable minutes on the pitch.

U20 | San Ġwann 5–3 Kirkop United

U17 | San Ġwann 1–1 Żabbar St. Patrick

Well done to all the players and coaching staff. A great start, and plenty more to come as we continue preparing for the season ahead.

A great evening for our U15 squad ⚽

The boys got together for a relaxed team-building activity, enjoying some food and watching the France vs Spain World Cup match.

It was a good opportunity for the players to spend time together away from training, strengthen friendships and enjoy the game as a team.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening.

Introducing Our Coaching Team

San Ġwann FC is delighted to welcome Jonathan Grech to our coaching staff, where he will take charge of our Under-14 team while also serving as Assistant Coach for our Under-15 side.

Jonathan joins the club with valuable coaching experience gained at Naxxar Lions and Sirens FC, bringing with him enthusiasm, commitment and a genuine passion for helping young players develop both on and off the pitch.

His experience and positive approach make him a great addition to our coaching setup, and we are confident he will play an important role in the continued development of our young players throughout the season.

We are excited to have Jonathan on board and look forward to working together in the season ahead.

A UEFA B Licence holder, Jonathan joins the club after coaching spells with Mosta FC and Pembroke Athleta, bringing valuable experience, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for developing young players.

Jonathan believes in creating a positive environment where players can develop both on and off the pitch. His dedication, professionalism and commitment to youth football make him a great addition to our coaching staff.

A UEFA B Licence holder, Terence joins the club following his time with Fgura United, bringing valuable coaching experience, professionalism and a real passion for developing young players.

Terence will play an important role in guiding our Under-17 squad, helping players continue their development both on and off the pitch while preparing them for the next stages of their football journey.

New Signing

San Ġwann FC is delighted to welcome Darren Falzon to the club.

Darren arrives with a wealth of experience, having represented Naxxar Lions, Tarxien Rainbows and Ħamrun Spartans during an outstanding career spanning more than 200 appearances in the Maltese Premier League.

A proven goalscorer from midfield, Darren has found the net over 130 times throughout his career. His individual achievements include being crowned First Division Top Scorer and First Division Best Player, highlighting the quality and consistency he has shown over the years.

His success on the pitch also includes multiple promotions, helping his teams rise from the Third Division to the Second Division, from the Second Division to the First Division, before going on to become First Division Champions.

Darren's leadership, experience and winning mentality will be a huge asset to the squad, and we are excited to see him in the blue and yellow this season.

New Signing

San Ġwann FC is delighted to welcome Owen Bugeja to the club.

The young defender joins us after a highly successful spell with Nadur Youngsters, where he captained the side and enjoyed an impressive period of success, winning three Gozo Football League titles, as well as the GFA Cup, Knockout Competition, and Super Cup.

Owen arrives with a winning mentality, strong leadership qualities and valuable experience despite his young age. We are confident he will be a great addition to our squad as we continue building for the season ahead.
