Such an outstanding client.
Christian here has been training with me for around 2 months now and has done exceptionally well; training with military standards is not easy by any means but he has pushed through barrier after barrier. What a true trooper starting of at 96 kilograms he is now 92 kilograms and loving his training.
His strength, stamina and determination have gone through the roof; can't wait to see you progress even further brother.

I have been training men and women in the military all around the world for just over 4 and a half years. People think that if you're strong in body that it's enough. But your mind and spirit are just as equally important, for without a strong mind and the burning desire to push yourself you will get nowhere.
