Just a reminder of today’s standing acro workshop with Brianna and Daniel: we start at 5pm in Sliema playground and finish at 7.30pm. It’s gonna be a fun workshop with some old and new standing poses so even if you’ve done standing acro before there will be something new for you for sure 🤩🤸🏽♀️
Remember to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water for yourself. See you later in the playground!

Do you believe in past lives? I recently discovered I’ve been a samurai in many of my previous lives. So when Niko coincidentally forgot his samurai sword to the studio we had to play around with it a little with David 😄🤺

Done and dusted! It was awesome to practice and learn with this amazing group for the last 2 weeks 🙏🏼❤️ Thank you Super Dave Yoga for the training!

How fun it was to try castaways for the first time with Super Dave Yoga! It’s not perfect yet but we still have a few days to practice this and other new cool stuff 🤩🤸🏽♀️💪🏼
