The 32 year old athlete Juan Ferrer from Deltebre (Tarragona, Spain), 1.89 m tall and weighing in at 165 kg, has been crowned Spain's LNF National Strongman Champion this year.
The National competition was held 5th June at the facilities of Telju Fitness, near Toledo (Spain). The company, as main sponsor, hosted the event and supplied all the required equipment for this year's challenges: 12 ton truck tow; AMRAP combination of 320 kg Super Squat and 120 kg Viking press; 198 kg Duck Walk; 210 kg Load Stamina; and finally the Russian Deadlift Roulette starting at 220 kg which went up to 300kg.
