Hello Movember 🥸

First of all I'd like to give a shoutout to all the MEN going through alot, with no one to turn to, because this world wrongly taught our males to mask their emotions.

This month I will be hosting a fundraising event supporting Men's Health Awareness. I will be organising a GROUP FITNESS CLASS which the fee of all participants will be donated to Movember, followed by that I will perform a FIREFIGHTER STAIR CLIMB (110 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS) Wearing full Fire Kit and Breathing Apparatus. Whilst performing the climb it would be of great generosity to donate to this cause. Your help will be truly appreciated.
