I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: no physique, hair and makeup, outfit (no matter how cute) or external validation will ever give you sustainable confidence.
It created by acting daily in favour of the promises you once made to yourself, because if you can’t respect yourself enough to do so how will you ever expect anyone else to 👏🏼
On days when you’re not « motivated » to train and you’re thinking about taking the day off, show up at the gym anyway and then decide if you still don’t want to lift.

Accountability is great. Reaching your physique goals is cool too. But the most rewarding thing about my job is when a client tells me, « I am happy with where I'm at and can do this myself now ».❤️
A good coach doesn't just want to collect a payment every month. A good one truly wishes the best for their clients and wants them to succeed even after they discontinue their services. Learnt it from my own coach.

🌟 How to get results? 🔐 First you have to know your goal. Then you need to know how to get there.
What needs to change and what you need to focus on.
When the goal is reached, you have to do the process again, and again. Don't know how to define a goal, how to get there, or what your weaknesses are - ask for help! Everyone isn't meant to get it on their own. 😵 Naughty girl syndrome and everything-nothing works for the very few of them!
☠️ The truth is that those who succeed in making exercise a lifestyle are those who know WHAT the goal is, HOW to get there, WHAT measures and focus area they will work on - they have a plan. Do you have? 👀 You see again and again that those who don't have a clear goal, or a plan, have it easier to give in to what they call temptations. In other cases, the word "balance" is used as an excuse that does nothing but kick the leg on what was once a goal. It stayed with the dream of achieving something.

Your journey is not gonna be linear and you gotta to learn and accept that !
The roadmap will have its unique challenges, but if you stay consistent, focus on adopting a mindset of all or something vs all or nothing, consistency over perfection, you WILL achieve your goal!!!
