Emergency First Response Course

Learn simple skills that can make a big difference.

Accidents can happen anytime — at home, at school, at work, during sports, or during outdoor activities.

The Emergency First Response (EFR) Course teaches you what to do in an emergency while waiting for professional help to arrive.

This course is open from 10 years old, so children, teenagers, and adults can all learn basic first aid skills in a safe and easy way.

Even kids can learn simple but important actions, such as:
✅ Staying calm
✅ Calling for help
✅ Telling an adult quickly
✅ Checking if the place is safe
✅ Helping someone in a careful way
✅ Practising basic emergency exercises.

The EFR course helps build confidence and awareness. It teaches that everyone, even children, can do something useful in a difficult situation.

It is a great course for families, schools, sports groups, divers, hikers, and anyone who wants to be better prepared.

Because knowing what to do can help save a life. 🚑✨

The EFR course is practical, friendly, and accessible. No previous experience is needed — only the willingness to learn and help.
