Entre deux moments précieux, j’ai profité de la salle (incroyablement équipée par ) pour m’offrir une séance complète et qualitative 🤎
Échauffement sur l’elliptique Personal Line (finition chrome absolument sublime 🤎), suivi d’un ramp-up sur le Skill Row pour activer tout le corps 🚣🏽♀️🔥
Puis place au travail fonctionnel avec le Kinesis Personal Héritage, combiné à du renforcement avec charges libres… et pour finir, un petit run sur tapis 🏃🏽♀️ + étirements pour relâcher les muscles🧘🏽♀️
Toujours le même plaisir de s’entraîner avec des équipements aussi précis, fluides et élégants 🤎
La technologie de pointe associée au design italien… ça change vraiment l’expérience d’entraînement 🇮🇹

Last Saturday, we hosted a beautiful wellness session at Plaça Rosa dels Vents, right in front of the W Hotel in Barcelona. This event was a special collaboration between a Yoga and Barre expert, Sheila .bcn , and myself as a Functional Master Trainer. Together, we created a dynamic and energizing experience that blended strength, mobility, and mindful movement in a unique outdoor setting. The atmosphere was incredible, and the energy of the group made it truly memorable. El pasado sábado organizamos una preciosa sesión de bienestar en la Plaça Rosa dels Vents, justo frente al Hotel W en Barcelona. Este evento fue una colaboración especial entre una experta en Yoga y Barre, Sheila, y yo como Functional Master Trainer. Juntos creamos una experiencia dinámica y llena de energía, combinando fuerza, movilidad y movimiento consciente en un entorno exterior único. Nous sommes déjà au deuxième mois de l’an 2026 🗓️, et au sein de la communauté Concept Aryo Wellness 💪🏾, je m’intéresse de près à ce phénomène dont on entend parler depuis un moment : la périménopause 🌸🏽. J’observe moi-même ces changements dans mon corps et je trouve essentiel d’allier le renforcement musculaire à une alimentation équilibrée; approuvée par .ch pour soutenir nos hormones, notre énergie et notre récupération. À partir de 35 ans, notre corps commence naturellement à perdre du muscle 🏋🏽♀️, et l’arrivée progressive de la périménopause (en général entre 35 et 45 ans) accentue ce phénomène. Les fluctuations hormonales peuvent entraîner plus de fatigue 😴, une prise de gras abdominale et la sensation d’avoir moins de force.
Pour te montrer que c’est accessible à toutes, voici 5 exercices simples à faire à la maison 🏠, sans matériel, pour en faire une vraie routine 📅 :
1. Squats : Jambes largeur bassin, descends comme pour t’asseoir, 3X12-15 reps .
2. Fentes alternées : Un pas en avant, descends, alterne, 3x20 les deux jambes🦵🏾🦵🏾. 3. Pompes modifiées (genoux au sol) : Renforce poitrine et bras, 3X10 reps 🏋🏾♀️.
4. Planche: Sur avant-bras, tiens 3x30 sec, core engagé ✨.
5. Pont fessier : Dos au sol, soulève les hanches, 3x15 reps 🍑.
L’idée n’est pas de “se transformer”, mais de se sentir plus forte 💪🏾, plus stable et mieux armée face aux changements hormonaux. Deux à trois séances par semaine + bonne alimentation font une vraie différence, aujourd’hui et pour les années à venir 🌟 ! »

Reprise régulière 💪🏾
Entre les cours privés, les sessions virtuelles et la vie de maman à Barcelone… je reprends enfin le sport pour moi, avec constance.

Mother’s Day Yoga Brunch – Energy at the Sky Bar
This morning’s Yoga brunch at the Sky Bar was pure magic. In celebration of Mother’s Day here in Spain, I gathered with an amazing circle of local Spanish and international mothers for a soulful morning above the city.
We moved, we laughed, we shared — and the energy was simply unforgettable. Deeply grateful for this nourishing moment and the inspiring women who showed up with open hearts.
Concept Aryo Wellness has now officially landed in Barcelona, and this is just the beginning! Exciting collaborations are already blooming in my head and I can’t wait to co-create more meaningful experiences in this vibrant city.
