200 m². Rs 1.56 Million in equipment. Your own commercial gym.

Yes, it’s possible.

If you already have access to approximately 200 m² of space, an investment of around Rs 1.56 million in gym equipment and flooring can give you the foundation to launch a serious commercial gym.

The setup shown in these pictures is exactly what our Iron-Body Commercial Gym Starter Kit can deliver, with a carefully selected combination covering:

• Cardio training
• Strength & weight training
• Free-weight area

What does the Rs 1.56 million cover?
This amount represents the investment in the gym equipment and flooring package. It does not include premises, renovation, air conditioning, electrical works, changing rooms or other business-related expenses, which will vary depending on your project.

Have a bigger budget? We can take your setup much further. The Starter Kit is simply the foundation — additional machines and equipment can be added and the entire package customised to your space and objectives.
