What an incredible week representing Mauritius at both the Inter Islands Golf Team Championship and the Africa Region IV Golf Team Championship. ⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Mauritius has been crowned Africa Region IV Men Team Championship Champions, finishing with an impressive +1 total score over 54 holes.

🥇 Mauritius – +1
🥈 Kenya – +32
🥉 Tied 3rd Place – Seychelles, Réunion Island and Tanzania – +39

I am extremely proud to have been part of the Mauritius team that achieved a historic back-to-back victory, bringing home both trophies 🏆🥇for our country. Wearing the Mauritian 🇲🇺colours and competing alongside such talented teammates was an honour that I will never forget.

This achievement is the result of teamwork, dedication, hard work, and the support of so many people who have been part of my journey. A special thank you to my teammates, coaches, family, sponsors, the Mauritius Golf Federation, and everyone who continues to believe in me.

Being able to contribute to these victories (-1, +3 and -4) over the three rounds and help Mauritius make history is a moment I will always cherish. These wins belong to every Mauritian who supports and believes in our golfers.

The journey continues, and I look forward to working even harder to make Mauritius proud on the international stage.

🇲🇺 TEAM MAURITIUS ANNOUNCED FOR THE AFRICA REGION IV MEN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 🇲🇺

The Mauritius Golf Federation is pleased to announce the players selected to represent Team Mauritius at the upcoming Africa Region IV Men Team Championship, scheduled from 4 to 6 June 2026 at Tamarina Golf Club, Mauritius.

This championship will bring together some of the best amateur golfers from across the region, with teams from Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles, Burundi and Réunion Island competing for regional honours.

We congratulate our selected players and wish them every success as they proudly represent Mauritius on home soil.

The MGF also wishes to thank the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation, The R&A, the Africa Golf Confederation, and Tamarina Golf Club & Hotel for their invaluable support and contribution towards the successful organisation of this championship and the continued development of golf in Mauritius.
