Join our dynamic and passionate team! We are looking for a motivated and certified fitness trainer to inspire and support our members in achieving their goals.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Design and lead individual and group training sessions.
• Assess members' fitness levels and create personalized programs.
• Ensure safety, motivation, and progress tracking for participants.
• Maintain a stimulating and professional training environment.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞:
• Residing in the Vicinity of Riviere du Rempart, pamplemouse district.
• Practiced either Boxing, Kickboxing or Muay thai
• Must possess own reliable means of transportation.
• Recognized certification in personal training/fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Energy, reliability, and team spirit.
• Prior experience is a plus.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
Shape Sport Club is looking for a welcoming, organised, and bilingual professional to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the club.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Greet members and visitors warmly, in person and over the
phone.
· Manage front desk operations, including bookings, inquiries,
and payments.
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email
correspondence.
· Maintain member records and ensure information is up to date.
· Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and club
announcements.
· Use of Gym software to track attendance, payments, and other
club metrics.
· Support management with reports, club events, and daily
operations.
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· Must reside in Grand Baie or the surrounding northern region.
· Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a
service-oriented attitude.
· Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
· Previous experience in reception, customer service, or
administration is preferred.
· Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a dynamic
environment.
· Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful demeanour.
Own means of transport would be an advantage.
