I met one of the rudest person yesterday and the way I didn't react made me realize that ordainment changes you forever.
The chaos is here everyday but what matters is the right act.

Life is suffering
The cause of suffering is desire
It's wanting things to be as we want them to be rather than accepting them as they are.

That was Sakyamuni's realisation when he got enlightened. As I wear my rakusu and practise after many months, I realize who I really am or rather who I am not.

Bending is strength. It doesn't mean submission. It means the ability to allow things to happen when they aren't in our control. With experience, we know what we need to let go and what's worth our time.

I think reiki precepts are universal ones worth considering on a daily basis.

We have more power than what we think we are capable of. Our mind can find heaven in hell or find hell when in heaven. Our perception, attachment and desire create our suffering.

A mind in its pure state doesn't feel the need to narrate, analyse or explain. It stays still under noise. Find what causes noise to your mind and don't fuel it. Not everything needs your attention.
