Hello everyone, we are back, Steeve is still among us and his wife Mrs Soocheet is working hard to make Steeve's dream come true.
Update:
improvements made to the existing cable flyes system, leg press machine fitted with new longer bars( to add more than 250kgs).
cardio machine (treadmill) to come soon.

New equipments now available, 1 ez bar and 2 bars along with 58kgs reinforce our arm to train

hi everyone, the gym is open again. It is the wife of Steeve who is handling the gym now. renovation has been made. new tariff as from this month. new members entry fees ONLY 300rs and monthly 200rs that should be paid at the start of each month. opening hours 6-9 week days. sunday and public holidays 6-12.00

It is with great pain and sorrow that we announce the death of our coach and owner of metroflex gym. sincere sympathy to all friends, metroflex gym members and acquaintances. let us pray for the peace and rest of his soul.

You would be Happy to know that three out of our members participated in the mr north competiton held at goodlands farmers centre and we came back with two cups and one medal.
