We are extremely proud and delighted to announce that 26 teams have enrolled for this tournament.

The draw will be done on Sunday, the 22nd of September at 8pm live on Facebook (Blackball Pool Association Page) at Spot n Pot (Quatre Bornes).

Registration for the National Blackball Interclub Tournament is now officially closed. We are extremely proud and delighted to announce that 24 teams have enrolled for this event.

As previously stated, the cash prize for the tournament has now increased as more than 20 teams have enrolled. The total cash prize pot has increased from Rs 85,000 to Rs 105,000.

Here is the new breakdown of the cash prize:

Winner Team: Rs 50,000
Runner up: Rs 25,000
2 Semi Finalists: Rs 10,000 each
4 Quarter Finalists: Rs 2,500 each

The draw will also be done on Sunday, the 22nd of September at 8pm live on Facebook (Blackball Pool Association Page) at Spot n Pot (Quatre Bornes).

National Blackball Interclub Tournament

Registration:
1. The tournament is open to every club in Mauritius.
2. Pool clubs may enroll multiple teams.
3. Registration can be done on Facebook comment section under this post or via messenger or via WhatsApp on 59840817.
4. The names of the 5 players and 1 reserve player (if applicable) must be given during registration.

Payment:
1. Payment must be done by cash or juice at latest the 15th of September.
2. ⁠Details of payment will be communicated to the registered teams.

Dress code:
1. Casual Smart / shoes compulsory
2. Transgression in dress code will result in a disqualification of the particular player.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Team of 5 players vs Team of 5 players. Each team may have 1 reserve player.
2. Only 1 substitution is allowed per set by each team.
3. Substitution must be announced to the other team prior to the start of the session in which the reserve player will participate.
4. No coaching allowed. Coaching will result in a loss of frame.
5. Blackball Rules will be applied.
6. ⁠45 seconds shot clock will be applied.
6. The organising committee reserves the right to amend the rules for the smooth running of the tournament.

Cash Prize:
1. Cash Prize will be increased accordingly if more than 20 teams are registered.
