A familiar face to many of the Herd — John C

John loved nothing more than turning up on his vintage bike and putting it through its paces. Strong on the bike, always ready with a joke, and great company on every ride.

He may be living in the UK these days, but we’re pretty sure that somewhere on a grey British morning, he’s missing the sunshine, the roads, the banter and his rides with the Zebra Herd here in Mauritius. 🇲🇺🚴‍♂️

Once part of the Herd, always part of the Herd. 🦓

Filante Ultimate - one very special superbike ! The most exclusive limited edition ever.

The Filante Ultimate frame combines six carbon fibre types, including the latest Toray M40X high-modulus fibre.

Miche wheels have logos that match the frame. The Miche Dev RD wheels have CeramicSpeed bearings with carbon and Ti spokes and there’s a CeramicSpeed OSPW and custom cage system fitted to the Dura-Ace groupset.

Miche also makes the carbon chainring, which bears the 120 logo.
There’s more custom painting in the cockpit, dropouts, thru-axles and rotor lockrings, while the Filante Ultimate even gets custom-coloured bar tape and aero bottles to match.

Bonny brings energy, encouragement, laughter and an incredible depth of knowledge to the Zebra Herd. We're lucky to have such a talented athlete—and such a wonderful person—as part of our cycling family.
