🥋 TONIGHT’S TRAINING — NE-WAZA (GROUND TECHNIQUES)

“On the ground, strength alone is never enough. Technique creates control, patience creates opportunity, and knowledge turns every movement into an advantage.”

🔥 Tonight, we sharpened our ground fighting skills through technique, positioning, control and submissions.

The fight doesn’t end when you hit the ground. A different battle begins.

🥋 JUJITSU ACADEMY
Train with purpose. Control with technique. Respect the art.

🥋🌸 EVERY STRONG WOMAN STARTS WITH A FIRST STEP! ⚔️

The first step into a dojo is often the hardest. You may feel nervous, hesitant, or wonder whether martial arts is really for you.

But remember, you don’t need to be strong to start. You start to become stronger! 💪

At Jujitsu Academy, our Women’s Self-Defense Program is about more than learning how to defend yourself.

🥋 Build confidence and self-belief
💪 Develop physical and mental strength
🛡️ Learn practical self-defense techniques
🧠 Improve awareness and discipline
🌸 Discover the warrior within you!

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or exceptional fitness. All you need is the courage to take that first step.

Every warrior was once a beginner. ⚔️

🚪 The dojo door is open. The first step is yours to take.

🥋 Learning has no age limit!

My 7-year-old son exploring the Nunchaku — and what makes me even prouder is that he learned these movements on his own, simply through curiosity, observation and practice. ❤️

Still a little martial artist with a lot to learn, but I love seeing that passion developing naturally.

Keep learning, keep practising, little warrior! 🥋🔥

🥋❤️ SEVA – SERVICE BEYOND THE DOJO 🙏

On this Teachers’ Day, our Jujitsu Academy team had the privilege of visiting Krishnanand Seva Ashram, Calebasses, to hand over groceries generously donated by our wonderful parents and students.

As teachers / Senseis, our responsibility goes beyond teaching techniques. Through Jujitsu, we also strive to pass on values of respect, discipline, compassion, kindness and service to others.

Today’s Seva was a beautiful example of those values in action. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to every parent, student, Triolet MMA Club and Aadishree JC who contributed for this successful campaign. Your generosity made this possible and showed our young martial artists that true strength is also found in helping others.

“Service to Man is Service to God.” 🙏

Happy Teachers’ Day to all those who teach, guide and inspire. 🥋❤️
