The official launch of PHOvid brought together innovation, creativity and technology.

Throughout the evening, curiosity turned into amazement as guests discovered a new way to bring visual content to life. Many realised that they were witnessing the future of communication. Every scan revealed a new story and every reaction reminded us of the limitless possibilities of augmented reality.

2026 continues under the best of auspices. Blast Burson has been named Africa Agency of the Year by PRovoke Media, the global reference in public relations, ex-aequo with Woodrow Communications, confirming the agency's growing international reach 🏆.

The honour crowns an exceptional year, following the Diamond SABRE for Research and Planning earned in March for Blast Tracker, our media-intelligence platform, and adds to a record of 17 awards over 22 years.

Above all, it is a celebration of the 60 people who make up Blast Burson, one passionate and integrated team across six Indian Ocean territories, and of the clients who place their trust in us 🙌.

Some projects inform. This one asked us to feel.

For World Bipolar Day, Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Maurice & Seychelles, founded by Nadjah Abbasakoor, asked us to design a brochure to help people better understand this condition. Indeed, those who suffer from it often do so in silence, misunderstood by those around them and by society.

That is one of the reasons why this project was especially close to our hearts.

From the moment we received the brief, we knew we had to go beyond a simple design as the brochure had to embody what it described. This remarkable illustration by Pascal Lagesse has two faces: the warmth of red contrasts with the coldness of blue, representing the opposing moods of those living with bipolar disorder.

In addition, our team chose to put a face on bipolar disorder so as to better bring it into the light, out of the firm belief that there is absolutely no reason to be ashamed, that hidden pain only grows heavier with time, and that the right support exists for those seeking it.

And above all, to show the persons that are affected that they are not alone and never will be.🫂
