Years ago, Italy had a true soldier at the back in the name of Giorgio Chiellini. His most prominent nickname in Italy was “King Kong,” earned due to his aggressive playing style and his signature chest-beating goal celebration.
Now it’s England’s turn to have a true warrior in defense. “Big Dan Burn” (often abbreviated as BDB), a nod to his imposing 6 ft 7 in (201 cm) height, embodies that spirit and will surely be part of the England squad for the next World Cup.
