HERE IS THE BEST RECOVERY METHOD
To help you recover as quickly as possible so besides sleep one of my favourite recovery methods is a contrast shower
Here is how you do it
Go 2 minutes of warm water followed by 1 minutes of cold water and repeat that for 3 to 4 cycles you might ask when to do this? I would do it directly after training or couple hours after training
The only reason not to do it after strength training is if you’re trying to gain muscle, I would avoid this a couple hours after overall
This will help increase circulation and get proper nutrients, blood flow and oxygen to your working tissue to help you recovery
