One thing this year has highlighted for me is not to waste a minute. You donโt know whatโs around the corner so find happiness every day. I will not sit and wait for the day to happen to me. Take action, love what you do, spread positivity and be thankful for everything you have. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend ๐ค

A1- Cheat press
A2- Single arm row
-60 sec rest-
B1- Dumbbell fly
B2- Reverse fly
-60 sec rest-
C1- Shoulder press
C2- Bicep curls
-60 sec rest-
D1- V hold 60 secs
D2- French press

Each circuit 3x though with no rest
CIRCUIT 1=
Reverse Lunge x20
Press up x10
Split squat jumps x20
-2 mins Rest-
CIRCUIT 2=
Skate jump x20
Pike press x10
V Sit ups x10
-2 min Rest-
CIRCUIT 3=
Reverse squat with 3 sec hold x10
Mountain climbers x20
Squat jump x10

Live workout done! Well done everyone who smashed leg day with me today!! One more session tomorrow 10am to complete week 1 Roar@home (link in bio) ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป This has definitely been good for my fitness too- forcing me to take my own training back to some conditioning actually feels pretty tough but great at the same time!
Use this time to refocus, set new goals and enjoy challenging yourself in a different way.
My pj/loungewear obsession continues with this tie die hoodie ๐ The only good thing about lockdown is that itโs made trackies trendy. Happy Friday everyone โ๏ธ

Well done to everyone who smashed my upper body workout bright and early this morning! I really canโt believe how dead my arms are now!! Any comments or questions are welcome below- I will always try to help and support anywhere I can. I do hope these daily workouts are helping to keep you all on track- Covid wonโt stop us! ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป
