The Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League 2026/27 kicks off tonight, featuring a home-and-away format.

Congratulations to Dhidhdhoo Sports and GRC - Gadhdhoo Recreation Club, representing the islands of Dhidhdhoo and Gadhdhoo respectively. Their participation marks a historic milestone, as Dhidhdhoo and Gadhdhoo become the first islands outside Malé City to host Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League matches.

Last season's champion and runner-up, tonight they meet again as the tenth season begins. Maziya and Odi SC, starting a new story from zero. 👏

Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League 2026/27

Our U20 national team received a warm welcome home tonight following their successful AFC U20 Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers - Development Phase campaign in Myanmar.

We are among the six nations promoted from the Development Phase to the Qualification Phase of the next AFC U20 Asian Cup.

Despite defeat in our final match, we advance to the Qualification Phase of next edition of AFC U20 Asian Cup Qualifiers as group runners-up.

Our U20 national team will face hosts Myanmar in their final AFC U20 Asian Cup Qualifiers match. With both teams already through to the qualification phase of next edition, today’s result will determine the group winners and runners-up.

Two international friendlies are scheduled for the upcoming FIFA window:

📅 1 October: Maldives 🇲🇻 vs Lebanon 🇱🇧

Both matches will be played in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. 🇰🇬
