Learning to enjoy the journey. 🤍
To show up, again and again.
To put in the work without criticism.
To challenge yourself without abandoning compassion.
To celebrate where you are, while still growing towards where you’re going.
Because there will always be another pose, another milestone, another destination waiting for us.
But this moment?
This is the journey.
And perhaps the strongest thing we can do is remember to actually LIVE IT 🪷✨

kinda chic to be a good human 🤍
I’ve seen a lot of posts for this trend, and it got me thinking - what actually makes someone chic?
For me, it’s kindness. ✨
Somewhere along the way we started measuring “chic” in outfits, aesthetics, achievements, validation.. but honestly? The most beautiful people I’ve met are gentle - with themselves, and with everyone and everything around them.
Kindness is chic. Not judging someone’s path is chic. Hyping up your friends (and strangers) is chic. Taking care of your environment and nature is chic.
Something I’ve been reflecting on the mat lately: how you treat yourself in a hard pose is usually how you treat yourself and others on a hard day.
So be chic, my loves 💕

Yoga has taught me to meet my own thoughts with kindness, my own voice with trust, and my own expression with freedom.
And in doing so, I’ve found it easier to receive others with openness too.
More calm.
More curiosity.
More compassion.
For me, that’s the real practice - not how deeply we can bend, but how deeply we’re willing to open 🤍
