Shanau’s Hat-Trick Sends Conrad Through to the Quarter-Finals

Conrad Maldives secured second place with a convincing 4-1 victory over Club Binara.

The night's standout performer was Conrad Maldives forward Mohamed Shanau Naseer, whose brilliant hat-trick inspired his side to a crucial victory and secured their passage to the last eight.

In the group's other fixture, Cora Cora and Stelco RC played out a highly competitive match, which resulted in a goalless draw.

A key figure for Stelco was goalkeeper Adhuham Ahmed, who produced a number of excellent saves to deny Cora Cora and secure a valuable point for his side.

Imran Sends STO RC to Perfect Finish, while RRC has an anxious wait.

Entering the final round, both STO RC and Club Hawks had already secured quarter-final qualification after winning their opening two matches.

Despite their difficult start to the tournament, RRC produced a strong opening performance and raced into a three-goal lead through Ali Haafiz, Ahmed Aflaaz and Mohsen Montazemi.

RRC can only wait and hope that their late victory keeps their title defence alive.
