Kudo Maldives is affiliated to the Kudo International Federation and its objective is to promote the

Kudo Daido-Juku is a style which incorporated various offensive as well as defensive techniques from Kyokushin Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu, Sambo, Submission Wrestling, and other martial arts, which includes punches to the head, elbow strikes, head butts, judo throws, jiu-jitsu joint locks and other stand up and ground fighting techniques.

Japanese Martial Art Associations in Maldives including the Kudo Team and MKDA took part in proceedings to mark 55th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the beautiful countries of Japan and Maldives.

The proceedings included an event open to the public that showcased Japanese culture and arts. The month of celebration then ended with a reception attended by state officials Guest of Honour HE. Abdulla Shahid and State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, H.E Takei Shunsuke.

Our congratulations for the lasting and ever so more growing relations between the two countries. And our humble thanks for the warm reception and invitation.

The Embassy of Japan in Maldives hosted event celebrating the 55th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the beautiful countries of Japan and Maldives.

Japanese Martial Arts active in Maldives including the Kudo Team took part in a joint demonstration. The event included Karate, Demonstrations, Kudo Demonstrations, showcase of Japanese culture, fish preparation methods, games and many more activities that link both the countries.

Our humble thanks to the Japanese Embassy in Maldives for inviting us. And we congratulate for the organization of such a successful event, the also the diplomatic relations that have lasted and are continuing to grow to new heights.

We also conduct international belt gradings which are registered and awarded by the Kudo International Federation.

Our goal is to introduce youth not only to a lifelong sport. But also to a system of discipline, education and a method of self-defense.
