Adopt a Coral Line
Begin your journey with a hands-on coral restoration experience, where you will secure your own coral fragment onto a coral line under the guidance of our marine team.
From there, we’ll take you to our house reef to visit our coral nursery, where our marine biologists will carefully place your coral line and nurture its growth beneath the surface.
Every six months, you’ll receive an update on your coral’s progress. Once it has reached a healthy stage of growth, your coral will be transplanted onto our house reef, where it will continue to grow and contribute to the regeneration of our marine ecosystem.
Join our marine biologists and leave a lasting impact beneath the waves by adopting a coral line and becoming part of our ocean conservation journey.

From nursery to reef — one year of growth, a lifetime of impact 🌊🪸
After a year of careful nurturing in our coral nursery, these young corals have reached an important milestone — returning home to the reef.
Coral outplanting is more than restoration; it’s about rebuilding habitats, supporting marine biodiversity, and giving reefs the chance to thrive for generations to come. Every coral fragment placed is a small action creating a lasting impact beneath the surface.
One year of growth. One stronger reef. One step closer to a healthier ocean. 💙

From free-living mushroom corals to tiny reef creatures hiding between the branches, every dive reveals another secret of the ocean. 🌊✨
The Maldives’ underwater world isn’t just beautiful — it’s alive with fascinating marine life and ecosystems working together beneath the surface.

Did you know some corals can actually move? 🌊🪸
Meet the fascinating mushroom coral — one of the reef’s free-living corals.
Unlike most corals that stay fixed to the reef, these unique corals live freely on sandy or rubble bottoms and can slowly move over time. Some are made up of a single large polyp, while others form small colonies.
Nature never stops surprising us beneath the surface. ✨

Did you know those tiny “Christmas trees” on coral are actually worms? 🎄🐛
They may look like miniature festive trees, but Christmas tree worms (Spirobranchus giganteus) are fascinating marine creatures. Their colourful spirals aren’t just for show — they help them breathe and capture food. Living their entire lives embedded in coral reefs, they instantly snap shut at the slightest disturbance. Nature’s tiny underwater wonders.

1. A coral from our nursery. But what actually is a coral?
2. When you look closer, you can see many small dots on the surface of the coral.
3. Each single dot is a living creature. You can see its tentacles sticking out.
4. All corals are created by these animals; also known as polyps.
5. In some species, the polyps are smaller with shorter tentacles.
6. Just like this massive boulder coral.
7. In a nutshell, corals are a colony of hundreds or even thousands of small animals.
