No coach. No instructions from the Machinjri academy sidelines. Just the under 16 players, a challenge, and one mission
Before facing the U14 side, Machinjiri football academy U16 boys gathered on their own to discuss tactics, motivate each other, and decide how they would approach the game. Leadership isn't always taught, sometimes it is discovered.
This is bigger than football. This is communication, responsibility, teamwork, and confidence in action.
If you were in that circle, what would your advice to the team have been before kick-off?
Before every match, we start with prayer. Before every challenge, we seek guidance.
