I'm so thrilled to announce that I was a guest this week on "It's Messy, But It's So Good," the podcast that dives into the inspiring journeys of people chasing their dreams and overcoming life's hurdles.
It was amazing working with the host, Francine Medina, for a whole year! Fran shared: "Through working with Michelle in the Metabolic Momentum Method, I was able to reset my metabolism, start a regular exercise routine, and reach my ideal weight!"
And this is all after years of dieting in her late 60s! And the best part is she is keeping it off.

✨ My Background: My journey began in Africa, where I witnessed poverty and malnutrition firsthand, which sparked my passion for health and nutrition. My background as a teacher, massage therapist, a nutritionist, and personal trainer running our own fitness studio with my husband for ten years set me up to transfer to the digital space
✨ My Health Journey: My health really took a hit when I lost my period for four years due to overtraining, dieting and over stressing. But after diving deep into the world of female hormones and metabolism, I was able to fix these issues by making some changes to my lifestyle and mindset. Even though I faced three heartbreaking miscarriages, I worked hard on my self-worth and perspective, and eventually had two successful pregnancies.
✨ Creating My Signature Program: I took all my knowledge and experience and turned it into the Metabolic Momentum Method, my signature program. I also transitioned into a CEO role within my business, and now have a whole team of amazing coaches supporting my clients.
✨ Practices and Rituals: Besides my professional journey, I also emphasize the importance of rituals in my daily life. I have morning and evening routines that incorporate gratitude, affirmations, EFT tapping, and journaling. My advice is to start small with these rituals and slowly build them up over time.

So - gained 5lbs just inhaling American air.... It didn’t upset me for the first time ever. I know why. The weird thing is that despite all the food I was RAVENOUS. 24-7.
I know what to do. I have certifications galore. So I have created a new program.... and wow, GAME CHANGER. My energy is coming back. My moods more stable and I am FINALLY satiated…

My strength in the past month has increased so much doing my online workouts - slowly starting to feel more like myself.... HOWEVER I have been doing NO direct ab work until now because I have a disastasis (ab separation), even now 4 months after having Lucas. I have hugely modified crunches, rolls ups, leg raises and even planks and pushups were on elevated surface. I am so happy with my strength gains that now feel confident to take it to the next level - for instance, hands on floor making sure there is no coning or doming happening in my abs.

My first “Baby and Me” Yoga.... I envisioned Lucas staring placidly at me and giggling while I tickled him in between poses. Reality: I had to hold him the whole time and breast feed as I cued the class. 😂 totally out of my comfort zone but it was so fun!
