A Dark Day for the Knights Family.

Our brotherhood has been hit by a tragedy we never saw coming. Our dear brother Japhet Mtolongo has left us😔, and the Central Spartans team is truly heartbroken💔.

Being part of the Knights Family means we win together and we lose together—but we never expected to lose one of our own like this. Japhet’s constant smile was our strength, and seeing it gone has left us in pieces.

To our brother Japhet: Thank you for every laugh and every memory. We are shattered without you.

The Knights Family is deeply saddened by the passing of Ronald Mutisunge Mayombo Mbekeani, whom at the time of his passing he was a valued member of our Board of Trustees and a true pillar of the Knights family.

Over the years he always played a pivotal role in hosting the Knights Family teams (Knights, Dynsmites & Spartans) whenever they traveled to Blantyre, and he was always present in helping iur with recruiting, mentoring, and encouraging players to join and grow within the Knights family teams.

His dedication, generosity, and unwavering support for the game of basketball has left a lasting impact on our team and the wider basketball community. The basketball fraternity in Malawi will surely miss him greatly.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, and loved ones during this difficult time.
May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🕊️
