🎾 What to Bring for Padel Tennis
At Pulse Park, we’ve got you covered with padels and balls for hire – so you don’t need to worry if you don’t own your own kit yet. But having the right gear with you makes your game safer, more comfortable, and more fun. Here’s a guide to what to bring along.

👟 Shoes
A good pair of court or tennis shoes will help you move quickly and safely on the turf. Avoid running shoes with too much grip, as they can catch and strain your ankles.

🧢 Clothing & Cap
Wear light, breathable sports clothing to keep cool. A cap or sunglasses are useful for sunny matches, especially during the day.

💧 Hydration
Always bring a water bottle. Padel is fast-paced, and you’ll need to stay hydrated throughout your match.

🧤 Extras
If you have your own padel bat, overgrips, or wristbands, bring them along – they can make the game more comfortable. A small towel is also handy between games.

🎯 Why It Matters
The right kit keeps you focused on enjoying the game instead of worrying about discomfort or injuries. Padel is all about energy, quick reactions, and fun with friends – and being prepared means you’ll make the most of your time on court.

👉 Pulse Park’s courts are opening soon in Lilongwe. Bring your essentials, hire the rest, and get ready to experience the game everyone is talking about!
