Brave Hearts Basketball Club , Malawi’s Basketball National Champions have qualified to compete for Basketball Africa League scheduled from 18th October to 27th October 2021 in Cape Town , South Africa.

Basketball Africa League is the biggest stage for basketball for African Clubs represented by the National Champion of each country. The League is an initiative of the NBA and FIBA in an attempt to improve the standards of basketball in Africa and also give athletes and club a doorway to professional basketball careers.

This is an amazing opportunity for a local basketball team to carry the country’s flag 🇲🇼 high and put the country on the map.

This is also a grand opportunity for the athletes and the club to be exposed to scouts, international coaches and build successful relationships with other clubs from other countries.

For the first time a Malawian team is ready to compete at this grand stage and we are calling on you to support this dream and together we can make Malawi proud.

Bravehearts are aiming to raise MK15,000,000.00 before the 18 of October to carter to the following:

Transportation (Flight)
Accommodation
Food
COVID Testing
Team Registration Fees
Players & Officials Registration
Players Allowances .

🚨So far they have been able to source out MK 10,000,000.00 ($12,500.00)and need MK 15,000,000.00 ($18,750.00) to be able to travel and compete.

We are calling on you to assist with any amount from MK 1000.00 to MK25,000.00 through our Mobile Money; Mpamba and Airtel Money. 🚨

We are also calling on businesses, the corporate world, Government and well wishers to come in and support or partner with the club. We have our proposal ready upon request.

The battle of the titans tonight, let's see who is worthy the throne. Blood and bone, virtue and vengeance,the fight of a lifetime. Brave Hearts Basketball Club and Bunda Buffaloes battle it out.

Bunda Basketball would like to notify all fans and stakeholders that the MO626 games that were to be played on Saturday the 8th Feb 2020 were canceled and consequently postponed due to heavy rains. The wet floor posed a threat to players safety as such it was unanimously agreed that they be shifted to ABC indoor gym. Games will start 18:00hrs sharp.

To all our followers Bunda Basketball🏀 wishes you a great decade ahead. 2019 has been a year of history making but 2020 we will build that together. 2020 we will go to places, and we will conquer.

We want to thank you all for the overwhelming support rendered in the 2019 season. It's been a fruitful season. We can never ask for more but to be with you again in 2020. You've been the perfect company. We would want to achieve together with you in 2020.

It is with great pleasure that we, at Bunda basketball, extend our gratitude to Newton Investments for realising the need to support incredible and outstanding talent. Upon seeing our performance last season Newton investments supported Bunda Buffaloes with a beautiful kit that reflects our efforts to make basketball a game of meaning to others.

Last season Bunda buffaloes were in the playoffs for the first time ever, and this is an incredible achievement for us. In addition, Bunda won bronze in their conference which really translates how hard we have been working.

It is with sincere thanks to Newton Investments for recognising and most importantly rewarding our efforts for a season well accomplished. We will wear the name Newton Investments with pride and honour.
