You don’t need to be an athlete to build an athlete mindset.

Because the mindset isn’t the stage.
It isn’t the trophies.
It isn’t being perfect.

It’s learning to show up when motivation disappears.
It’s keeping promises to yourself.
It’s choosing what you want MOST over what you want NOW.

And sometimes you’re not lacking discipline…

You’re lacking direction.

A clear plan.
A strategy built for YOU.
Someone who knows when to push you and when to adjust.

Stop starting over.
Start becoming the person who follows through.

Your next level will require a different version of you. 🫰🏽

Saturday morning, as a coach and athlete 6 weeks out from the Olympia❤️‍🔥🫶🏼

Coach mode, athlete mode, prep mode… all before noon 😂

Starting my day with God, taking care of my girls, staying precise with the little details, getting my training done, and ending the day with my puppies. 🤍

Nothing glamorous, just the routine behind the goal.

Kinda chic, kinda chaotic, kinda me. 🎀😂🤍
A little faith, a little fitness, a little fashion… and a lot of personality.

We all reach a point where we have to start again.

And sometimes, starting over feels like failure.

But falling down doesn’t mean it’s over.
It means you’ve been given another opportunity to do things differently with structure, guidance, and INTENTION❤️‍🔥✨

To rebuild stronger.
To choose yourself again.
To become the version of yourself you’ve been trying to reach.

What once felt like the end…
might actually be the beginning of your greatest transformation. 🤍

6.5 weeks out.

This is what a full day of eating looks like during my Olympia prep.

Current macros:
• 250g Carbs
• 50g Fat
• 150g Protein

5 meals a day.

One thing you’ll notice is that I weigh my salt.

Not because salt is “bad.”
Not because I’m afraid of food.
But because consistency creates predictable results.

The more variables you control, the better you understand how your body responds. That’s what bodybuilding is about—precision, not unnecessary restriction.

Yes, I eat many of the same foods every day.
Because I choose to.
It makes my prep easier, my digestion more predictable, and my progress easier to monitor.

Current protocol:
• 9,000 steps daily
• Cardio: 20 minutes, 4x per week

Conditioning isn’t built by cutting out everything you enjoy.
It’s built by showing up, staying consistent, and executing the plan every single day.

Nine weeks out. Some days I feel unstoppable. Other days, I look in the mirror and see nothing. That’s this stage of prep — far enough that I can’t see it yet, close enough that it’s real.

This week: macros came down, cardio’s off, just steps now. New training routine has me sore in ways I forgot were possible. And I trust my coach with all of it.

Follow along new video every week, all the way to the stage. 🖤
