Fitness has always been a massive part of my life. From sports at a young age to working out on my own, to competing & coaching.
For the majority of my life my whole focus was around the gym, learning about fitness, stepping on stage, competing & coaching clients.
Over time my focus shifted to wanting to focus on other aspects of life like getting married, starting a family, friendships & other hobbies which started to slowly put that priority for fitness & competing lower on the totem pole.
I’ve been feeling myself go through a shift especially lately which has been hard because I’m always someone who has a goal in sight & a clear vision. But lately that’s been a little fuzzy. Not in a bad way, just in a natural way.
Instead of being a full time athlete & coach with everything else part time I’ve become a full time mom, wife & friend with fitness part time. It feels so weird, but at the same time I’m loving it!
It’s hard in the way that it feels like a part of me is dying, but in the most beautiful way because it’s making space for this new version of me coming through.

Fitness will ALWAYS be a part of my life & I’ll always help people feel stronger, healthier & more confident. It’s just all evolving in its own way so im just trying to be present & along for the ride as it does 🤎so whether your new to my page or have been rolling me for a long time I hope you enjoy figuring out this new chapter as much as I do!
Change is always scary & uncomfortable but it’s also exciting & beautiful. Nothing grows in comfort zones 🌸

I won’t lie to you…
My results PP didn’t come fast & it wasn’t effortless, but it’s also not something thats so beyond reach for anyone to achieve. I wasn’t perfect on my diet everyday, I still enjoyed life & delicious foods while I worked towards my goals. I wasn’t training in the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours straight.. But I WAS consistent. I continued to show up for over a year PP even when the path didn’t feel ✨perfect✨.
I’ve made this my lifestyle, so I don’t need to go to extremes. No all or nothing, just consistency!

It’s either a fake AI generated post or it’s someone’s caption that is clearly a copy-paste from chat gpt. Everything feels fake lately & it takes the fun out of social media. BUT ANYWAYS lol here’s my recipe & I hope you enjoy 😘

Easy high protein pasta meal prep 🍝
41g Carbs/ 17g Fats/ 40g Protein

Ingredients without sauce (makes 5 servings for the week):
- 200g dry weight pasta noodles
- 250g frozen peas peas & carrots
- 20oz extra lean ground beef

Pasta sauce: (makes 5 servings)
- 200g 2% cottage cheese
- 200g pasta sauce
Blend up & divide into each meal

You can assemble these like I did in the video into comtainers ahead of time so your set up for each day of the week!

1 year between photos 👏🔥

Not 8 or 12 weeks. & not even 6 months. 1 YEAR.
Making LASTING changes to your body takes TIME
Sure, you can lose alot of weight in 12 weeks or even 6 months but it doesn’t stop there. You don’t just magically keep the weight off when you stop dieting. There are multiple phases that happen within this time frame. Not to mention all the life changes that can happen that we need to adjust to, for example this client had about 2 months worth of travel spread out in this year, all of which we navigated & pre planned for her in a way where she was still able to enjoy the travels & be present but didn’t lose all her progress.
This is what consistency looks like !

And we’re still not done! Still improving & adjusting 💪🏼

192g grape tomatoes
140g red onion
288g canned corn
40g jalepeno peppers

Sauce:

Little vacation workout before our toddler got hit with HFM 🥲

I’m so grateful I got this workout in before the chaos of it all happened but just another reason why you can’t focus on being perfect when it comes to your health & fitness goals. Life happens (especially with kids 😂) & things don’t always go to plan so in those moments control what you can
On the days I couldn’t make it to the gym I still made sure that I was prioritizing protein at each meal. Focusing on lower carb & fat to save up calories for some drinks !
Steps came easy considering we were at a big resort & averaged 15-20,000 per day

Things won’t always be perfect, but something can always be done 🙌🏻
