Fitness has always been a massive part of my life. From sports at a young age to working out on my own, to competing & coaching.
For the majority of my life my whole focus was around the gym, learning about fitness, stepping on stage, competing & coaching clients.
Over time my focus shifted to wanting to focus on other aspects of life like getting married, starting a family, friendships & other hobbies which started to slowly put that priority for fitness & competing lower on the totem pole.
I’ve been feeling myself go through a shift especially lately which has been hard because I’m always someone who has a goal in sight & a clear vision. But lately that’s been a little fuzzy. Not in a bad way, just in a natural way.
Instead of being a full time athlete & coach with everything else part time I’ve become a full time mom, wife & friend with fitness part time. It feels so weird, but at the same time I’m loving it!
It’s hard in the way that it feels like a part of me is dying, but in the most beautiful way because it’s making space for this new version of me coming through.
Fitness will ALWAYS be a part of my life & I’ll always help people feel stronger, healthier & more confident. It’s just all evolving in its own way so im just trying to be present & along for the ride as it does 🤎so whether your new to my page or have been rolling me for a long time I hope you enjoy figuring out this new chapter as much as I do!
Change is always scary & uncomfortable but it’s also exciting & beautiful. Nothing grows in comfort zones 🌸
