Stop searching for the next great thing. You are in it right now. The next moment will come to you when it’s ready as long as you stay present. Remind yourself that it’s human to constantly be distracted by everything we want in life, where we’re going next, and what we’ve left behind. Focus on where you’re at right now with all you have. Absorb the moment you’re in, and commit it to memory.

EVERYDAY IS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GROW. l’ve been spending more time with myself & my thoughts, working each day on self-improvement. this can look and feel very different to each individual. doesn’t matter which route you take or how long it takes you to get there; be grateful for what you have, keep your energy positive and your vibration high and as long as you are making steps and changes to create the life of your dreams, then you are on the right path. start somewhere!

here are some things that I’ve been incorporating into my daily routine 🌱
•
🧿 GRATITUDE - reminding myself and writing down things that I am grateful for each day. Being grateful for what you already have surfaces positive feelings!
🧿 MEDITATION - incorporating deep breathing and meditation practice into my morning, or evening has helped me connect with myself and focus on stillness of the mind.
🧿 CONNECTING WITH NATURE - walk outside. Feel the sun, smell the fresh air, listen to the noises around you. I can assure you, you will feel so grounded!
🧿 JOURNALLING - releasing my worries, anxieties and thoughts. Clearing and organizing my mind.
🧿 MANIFESTATION - everything I desire is on its way to me. I put good energy out into the world, knowing I will receive good things in return.

Where you are is where you are meant to be. It’s hard not to think about the future and the changes to come. Any change, even change for the better is always accompanied by discomfort. Sometimes I feel myself spending too much time worrying about what’s to come that I dont put my full focus on the now. I focus so much on the “what’s ifs” that I loose sight of how thankful and grateful I am with my life in the present.
•
this happens and that’s okay. But let me leave you with this - Growth and change is uncomfortable because you’ve never been here before.
•
Let go of your need to have control. Its when we decide to surrender control, releasing every fear, worry, and anxiety - that we experience peace that grounds us and gives us the stability that we need in order to move forward. As you release control you will not be left empty handed - but, rather, you will be filled with everything that you need to make forward movement towards your goals and dreams. Your best days are still ahead of you 🌱
