Some days I walk into class feeling tired, stressed, distracted, or just not quite at my best. But without fail, I leave feeling stronger, happier, and grateful I showed up.
The best part? Seeing the faces of people who choose to be there. Their commitment, energy, and dedication inspire me to bring my best, even on the days when I don’t feel like I have much left to give.
My class participants deserve every ounce of effort I can give—and then some. And somehow, after a good sweat session together, we all leave with a little more than we came in with. ❤️💪

Every Friday, my alarm goes off around 3 a.m. 😳
I won’t lie—when I first started teaching the 5:15 a.m. MOSSA | Group Fitness Solution Power class about a year ago, those early mornings were rough. There were definitely days I questioned my life choices while making coffee in the dark.
But week after week, something amazing happened.
The same group of dedicated women kept showing up. Some weeks it’s 8, some weeks it’s 12, but every Friday they walk through those doors ready to work, ready to get stronger, and ready to encourage each other.
What started as one of the hardest classes for me to teach has become my favorite workout of the week.
There’s something special about a room full of people choosing to do hard things before most of the world is awake. The energy, the consistency, the commitment—it never fails to inspire me.
So to my Friday morning crew: thank you for making that 3:00 a.m. alarm worth it. ❤️ You remind me every week that strength isn’t just built with barbells—it’s built with showing up.

I workout for many reasons. And one of those reasons is so that I can maintain farm chores and grazing season without tiring.

Vacation calories don’t count if you suffer first. 🍹🏋️

Relationship status: committed… to each other and getting that vacation workout done before tacos and daiquiris. 🌮🍹💪

Vacation mode? Sure. Goal-abandonment mode? Nope. 💪☀️🌴
Got our workout in before diving into the Cancun vacation festivities because discipline doesn’t take a vacation—even when you do. 🍹🏖️
Your goals don’t get put on hold just because your out-of-office reply is on. Progress is built in the choices you make when it would be easier to say, “Eh, I’ll start again when I get home.”
Vacation is for making memories, relaxing, and enjoying the heck out of life—not for guilt, extremes, or pretending your goals suddenly disappeared.
Move your body. Get the workout in. Then go enjoy the tacos, drinks, sunshine, and all the fun without the mental baggage. 🌮🍹☀️
Because discipline isn’t punishment… it’s the freedom to enjoy life knowing you’re still showing up for yourself.

When you go on vacation and your first stop in the resort is to check out the fitness facilities. Yes please! 💪🏼
