Our competition team wrapped up their final practice yesterday, and we couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, discipline, and heart they’ve shown throughout their preparation.

Today, we are headed to Fort Lauderdale to represent Lean Mean Taekwondo on the national stage at AAU Nationals! 🇺🇸🏆

From their very first days as white belts to earning their black belts, these two have shown unwavering perseverance, dedication, and tenacity every step of the way.
