viva la mexico- the next inZENtive mission is going to Latin America- if everything works out like i wish, than i have to pinch myself, to film the production on such a monumental, breathtaking and spiritual place!
But first the inZENtive shooting will be historycal and lead me to -
is my mexican BODYART warrior and i am so grateful that she is my starteacher for latin america and on my inZENtive global masterteam!

this post is dedicated to body positivity!
- yesterday i met a young guy at the gym - he was a bit overweight and extremely helpful and overly friendly to everybody-
he told me that his generosity is part of his coping mechanism and insecurity due the past of „BODYSHAMING“ by others…. he feels ‘less’ and suffers of low self-esteem! -
i thought about my own mission as a trainer and mentor: my purpose is to inspire a part in people, to become the best version of themselves!
that doesnt require a specific shape or bodytype…
If you are working towards a goal of being a healthier and happier you - to express your own liberation and beauty, moving from self-doubt towards radical self acceptance and lifejoy, than thats all what matters- It doesn’t matter what the world has to say!
Your dedication is what makes you perfect!
Not some predetermined mold that society places on you.!
