Stop using oversaturation as an excuse to not start or build something. It’s giving scarcity mindset.

Most of the women who have changed my life did so behind the scenes. They didn’t talk about it. They just did it.

I think we’ve turned “women supporting women” into a slogan, and in some cases, it’s become performative.

What does supporting another woman actually look like?

When she launches a business, do you buy something? When she shares a brand partnership, do you engage with it? When she creates something she’s proud of, do you share it with someone who might benefit from it? When an opportunity comes up, do you think of her name when she’s not in the room?

It’s easy to say “I support women.” It takes intention and action to actually support women.

If we really want to change the culture, we need to spend a lot less time talking about supporting women and a lot more time doing it.

Explaining yourself is dangerous.

Some of us would rather be liked than respected. We’d rather be relatable than feared, so we explain ourselves down to a size people can handle. The rooster did too. He also got eaten for dinner.

If there is one truth that will bring you peace in this journey, it’s this.

What is yours is yours.

Whatever you’re running after, stop it. Just stop. What is yours cannot miss you. It can’t run or wash past you. You can’t escape it. It cannot escape you. You can’t lose out on it. It does not belong to someone else. No one else can keep it from you.

What you think becomes what you believe. What you believe becomes what you know. What you know creates your reality. Your reality reinforces the identity you built, which comes back to what you initially thought about yourself.

Nothing in your current reality is built without your self-concept.

The trait that made my grandfather successful? Most people call it crazy.

Here’s how delusion paired with audacity and assumption can change the course of your life.

What if I told you that you have exactly what you need to move forward?

What if I told you that while you’re chasing what you think you need, and what other people have, you’re completely missing what’s right there in your hands?

This is a reminder that you have what you need. So use what you have.

.baker shares a powerful story about sharing your dreams with the wrong person.

Unfortunately most of us have had to learn this powerful life lesson the hard way. Myself included.

The internet has not only changed our brains, the illusion of closeness to complete strangers has also eroded our spirit of discernment.

No one is “goals” because everyone is human and humans will always falter.

In a world where we all have a platform and all hold influence, where most people wield a microphone or a megaphone, high quality discernment is essential for our survival.

For every person who tries to bring value and make impact, there’ll be others who lack that intention. And sometimes, even when the intention is there, the actions may not align. It’s up to each of us to have a heightened level of awareness for self-protection.
