We are the Traveling Tacos, a team of 3 Mexican students who want to win the Red Bull Can You Make it 2016 challenge.
We are the Traveling Tacos, a student team from Monterrey, Mexico who want to participate (and win) the Red Bull Can You Make It 2016 challenge. Once in it, we will compete against 164 teams from all around the world in a race across Europe without any money or cellphones. We will only have Red Bull cans and our charm to trade for lodging, food and transportation to make it to the Final Destinatio
n (Paris) after 7 days. But to be able to travel to Europe and participate in this competition we need your help. Only one team will represent Mexico, and we want to be it. The selection of that team is divided in two phases. The Mexican teams with the most votes on their application and video will become finalists. This voting phase will last from February 15 until February 25. Then, a panel of national and international judges will choose from the national finalist a team, based on their application, charm, video, etc. This decision will be announced on March the 7th. Somos los Traveling Tacos, o Tacos Viajeros, un equipo de 3 estudiantes de Monterrey, México que quieren participar (y ganar) en el reto Red Bull Can You Make It 2016. Una vez en el concurso, vamos a competir contra 164 equipos de alrededor del mundo en una carrera que cruzará Europa y en la que no tendremos ni dinero ni celulares. Lo único que tendremos serán latas de Red Bull y nuestro encanto para conseguir hospedaje, comida y transporte y lograr llegar al destino final (París). Pero para podernos ir y participar necesitamos su ayuda. La selección del equipo que representará a México se divide en 2 etapas. Primero, se seleccionan finalistas nacionales, los cuales dependen del número de votos que el video y la aplicación haya conseguido. Esta etapa de votación es del 15 al 25 de febrero. Después, un panel de jueces nacionales e internacionales escogerá un equipo dentro de los finalistas. Los jueces anunciarán su decisión final el 7 de marzo.
