Hereβs a to when I was in Playa De Carmen, Mexico last month. About once or twice a year, I like to take a week off from training and working out all together to give my body a break.

It is really effective in allowing me to come back stronger and less fatigued starting out a new program. My body felt so refreshed when starting my new strength phase.

I love my job not only because I get to do something I'm passionate about (fitness) but I also get to watch as I transform people over the course of time. ββββββββ

I've witnessed people going from "I can't do this" to "let me try it I'll get it eventually" in a matter of weeks. I've seen them physically and mentally transform themselves with he effort they put into their own training. ββββββββ

Sure hiring a professional coach such as myself helps with keeping everything organized such as the programming, the time of the workout, helping with accountability, etc. but I always love seeing the dedication from others. ββββββββ
